Focus is MicroTech's broadest, most advanced family of digital hearing aids ever. New features include SpeechTrax², an update to our leading noise reduction and speech preservation system, and FrequencyTrax, as frequency lowering technology designed to help patients who truly need this intelligent option. In addition, Focus includes the new mini RIC, our smallest receiver-in-canal (RIC) ever, and an array of innovations specifically designed to enhance product performance and the patient fitting process.

• SpeechTrax²

  With SpeechTrax², we’ve nearly doubled the noise reduction capability of our leading noise reduction and speech preservation system while still maintaining speech. SpeechTrax²:

  • Instantly applies variable noise adaptation in all channels between each pause

  • Has been proven to reduce listening effort and cognitive fatigue when used in tandem with Dynamic Directional Detection*

  • Provides up to 20dB of noise reduction

• FrequencyTrax

  A smart solution for patients who have steeply sloping, high-frequency hearing loss, our new frequency lowering technology, FrequencyTrax, is designed to enhance real-time audibility by intelligently identifying high-frequency speech cues, then replicating them in lower frequencies. This allows Mobility to maintain important frequency relationships, retaining the sound quality that comes from harmonic distribution while providing audibility for high-frequency speech cues for patients that may have previously been considered unaidable.

• Sound Enhancements
  

  We've updated our signal processing architecture to enhance the overall sound quality and efficiency of Mobility, including new vent modeling, automatic vent detection, improved compression and updated eSTAT targets.

• Self Learning

  Thanks to Self Learning, Mobility gradually and automatically learns patient volume control preferences in each active memory, which helps reduce the number of manual control adjustments the patient needs to make.

• Swap Fit

  Our Swap Fit fitting function allows you to transfer patient settings from their current MicroTech product to a new one — enabling more time for fine-tuning and counseling.

• Strategic Feedback Control

  This leading technology ensures wide fitting ranges and a fast response to more complex feedback. With up to 28dB of added stable gain*, Strategic Feedback Control makes open ear fittings an option for more patients than ever before.

• SmartTouch™

  Leave it to MicroTech to bring the simplicity of touch controls to the hearing aid industry. SmartTouch replaces tiny buttons and dials with an intuitive touch surface. Now patients can make volume and memory adjustments with the sweep or touch of a finger. Available on the BTE, Power BTE, Power Plus and mini.

• HydraShield²

  We added advanced oleophobic properties to our HydraShield nanocoating to better protect Mobility hearing aids from earwax and other oily substances. The result is HydraShield^®2, a new oleophobic nanocoating that, combined with Mobility’s unibody construction and smart component placement, makes them more reliable and durable than ever before.

• Environmental Noise Classification

  Based on clinical performance measures and patient-proven results, our industry-leading directional system is designed to perform best in highly complex backgrounds of noise.

• T² Remote

  T² Remote technology allows your patients to control their hearing aid using any cell or touch-tone phone, avoiding the need to carry additional hardware. T² discreetly and instantly classifies the touch-tone signal and automatically adjusts. Patients can use any touch-tone phone to select a memory or adjust volume. Available on custom products.

• Live Real Ear Measurement

  MicroTech’s pioneering fitting system, Live Real Ear Measurement provides a prescriptively appropriate fitting for every Mobility product. Combined with the power of Inspire^® fitting software, it lets you see the hearing aid output in your patient’s ear in real-ear SPL. Live Real Ear is the only solution integrated into a hearing aid for verifying the audibility of your hearing aid fitting.

• Live Speech Mapping

  Live Speech Mapping verifies hearing aid's processing of speech, or any live acoustic input, in real time. The 3D display engages patients and their families in the fitting process.

• Voice Indicators

  Voice Indicators alert the patient to the status of the hearing aid, low battery, memory and telephone modes in their choice of male or female voices in a wide variety of languages.

• Automatic Telephone Solutions (ATS)

  ATS automatically detects telephone use and adjusts to the optimal acoustic frequency response for telephone listening.

• Music Processing

  Music Processing offers multiple music genre settings designed to maximize sound quality and listening enjoyment.

• Television Processing
